What’s it like?
The fragrance of rhubarb really hits you on this recipe and its up front on the palate too. Then you get almost pine notes from the juniper and the warmth of ginger. A gentle chilli heat warms on the finish – not overpowering but you know it’s there as you have a couple of sips. If you love Rhubarb and Rhubarb Gins, this is going to be your favourite.

This is delicious on its own particularly if you love a drink with a bit of a kick! Of course, it’s a perfect match to sweet, sour, tangy Asian recipes.
Serving Suggestions
Classic:
Measure 25ml of Spiced Rhubarb into a glass with some ice and top with 175ml sparkling water. (We use a soda stream but you can use bottled or if you have one of those fancy taps!)
Alternatives:
-Mix as above with still water if you like your
drinks without fizz
-Mix with tonic if you want to add some
bitterness or soda for a more mineral flavour
