Spiced Rhubarb 50cl
Spiced Rhubarb is a fruity lightly spiced non-alcoholic aperitif to enjoy mixed with sparkling water, soda or tonic. Its recipe has been crafted to celebrate the beautiful fragrance & flavour of rhubarb & exotic spices.
What’s it like?
The fragrance of rhubarb really hits you on this recipe and its up front on the palate too. Then you get almost pine notes from the juniper and the warmth of ginger. A gentle chilli heat warms on the finish – not overpowering but you know it’s there as you have a couple of sips.
This is delicious on its own particularly if you love a drink with a bit of a kick! Of course, it’s a perfect match to sweet, sour, tangy Asian recipes.
Measure 25ml of Spiced Rhubarb into a glass with some ice and top with 175ml sparkling water. (We use a soda stream but you can use bottled or if you have one of those fancy taps!)
-Mix as above with still water if you like your
drinks without fizz
-Mix with tonic if you want to add some
bitterness or soda for a more mineral flavour

Once opened, although not essential, we recommend storing in the fridge.
Use within 3 months of opening and by the best before date on the bottle.
