What’s it like?
The aroma of fresh mint and herbs sing in our Herb Verde non-alcoholic aperitif. The initial taste gives a burst of mint together with the pea pod notes of gentian, followed by the more subtle herby notes of rosemary & thyme, and a light sweetness on the finish.
Pair With:
This is perfect on its own or with nibbles and picnic foods. Also great with fish & chicken dishes and lighter fresh salads or pasta dishes.
Serving Suggestions
Classic:
Measure 25ml of Herb Verde non-alcoholic aperitif into a glass with some ice and top with 175ml sparkling water. (We use a soda stream but you can use bottled or if you have one of those fancy taps!)
Alternatives:
-Mix as above with still water if you like your
drinks without fizz
-Mix with tonic if you want to add some
bitterness or soda for a more mineral flavour
