Herb Verde

A crisp, refreshing non-alcoholic mojito with mint, lime and herbal depth

You’ll Need

50ml Herb Verde
10–15 fresh mint leaves
1 lime, cut into wedges
Crushed ice
Soda or sparkling water, to top
Garnish: Fresh mint sprig and lime slice

Making & Pairing

Muddle: Add the lime wedges, mint leaves and Herb Verde to a highball glass.
Gently muddle to release the mint oils and lime juice.
Tip: Don’t over-muddle — bruised mint can taste bitter.

Add Ice. Fill the glass generously with crushed ice.

Top & Stir. Top with soda or sparkling water and stir well to lift the flavours from the bottom.

Garnish & Serve. Add more ice if needed and garnish with a mint sprig and lime slice.
