Ixta’s Fruit Sour
1 shot (25ml) Spiced Rhubarb
2 shots (50ml) Pink grapefruit juice (about ½ a medium grapefruit)
We’ve used freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, but juice from a carton or bottle is just as good!
Chilled tonic water
Ice cubes
Grapefruit wedge (optional)
TO SERVE
Put 2 or 3 large cubes in a glass.
Pour over the Spiced Rhubarb and pink grapefruit juice.
Top up with tonic water to taste.
Stir and decorate with a wedge of grapefruit.
