A Sip of Slater

250ml boiling water
1 tea bag, Darjeeling or a light black tea, alternatively green
Ice cubes
2 shot (50ml) Orange Cinchona
25ml Orange juice (from the fruit or carton)
Orange wedges or peel to serve (optional)


Start by making the tea; simply pour 250ml boiling water over a teabag and steep for 2-3 minutes then removing the teabag. Allow to cool. 

When you are ready to serve, pop 4-5 large ice cubes into a cocktail shaker or jug.

Pour in the Orange Cinchona and cold tea.

Squeeze/pour in the orange juice.

Shake, or stir, before serving with a wedge or orange or twist of orange peel.
